About My Digital Health.

My Digital Health is an Australian healthcare group, based in Brisbane, that runs four brands: My Telehealth Clinic, My Clinic, My Weight Loss Clinic and Script2u. Nurse practitioner Christopher O'Donnell founded it in 2021. Today its brands provide telehealth and in-person care to about 10,000 Australians a week.

My Digital Health is a private company. It is not the Australian Digital Health Agency, the government agency that operates My Health Record.

Our story

From one clinic to a group.

  1. 2021

    Christopher O'Donnell, a nurse practitioner, starts the business as My Weight Loss Clinic.

  2. 2023

    My Telehealth Medical Services Pty Ltd is set up. It now operates My Telehealth Clinic and My Clinic.

  3. December 2024

    My Digital Health Pty Ltd is registered. It is now the parent company of the group.

  4. Today

    Four brands, around 120 clinicians and about 10,000 Australians a week, with more than one million consultations since 2021.

Governance

One standard across every brand.

Christopher O'Donnell, Nurse Practitioner, FACN, is our founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Clinical Officer. As Chief Clinical Officer he is accountable for clinical safety, prescribing standards and clinical-team performance across all four brands.

A monthly Clinical Council of brand clinical leads reviews adverse events, prescribing patterns and complaints. Every doctor, nurse practitioner and pharmacist is registered with AHPRA, and the group holds QIP Health and NACOS accreditation and LegitScript certification.

Who runs Script2u?

Script2u is operated by My Weight Loss Clinic Pty Ltd (ABN 80 652 153 869), a subsidiary of My Digital Health Pty Ltd. Script2u is a medication delivery service: partner community pharmacies dispense eScripts and Australia Post delivers them. It doesn't prescribe.
