Clinicians as a Service

Your brand. Our clinicians.

We build, staff and govern white-label medical and allied health teams for health funds, employers and digital health brands, so you can offer clinical care under your own name without building a clinic.

The model

What is Clinicians as a Service?

Clinicians as a Service is our white-label model for clinical care. We supply a complete, governed team of doctors, nurse practitioners, pharmacists and allied health professionals that delivers care under your brand, to your members, customers or staff.

You bring

The brand, the people who need care, and the reason they need it.

We bring

The clinicians, clinical governance, prescribing and pharmacy, technology and reporting.

Why it's different

Not a locum agency. A clinical service you can put your name to.

It isn't a staffing arrangement with a logo on top. It's the operating model behind our own four brands, extended to yours.

A running clinical service, not a staffing agency.

Your program runs on the same clinicians, protocols and systems that deliver our own four brands. You're not hiring locums and building a clinic around them. You're switching on a service that already works at scale.

Governance comes with it.

Every program sits inside our clinical governance framework: an accountable Chief Clinical Officer, monthly Clinical Council review, continuous prescribing audit, incident management and independent accreditation.

How our clinical governance works

Clinicians who are free to say no.

Our clinicians are paid per consult, with minimum consult times, not by the script or the sale. Your members, customers or staff get clinical advice, not a sales funnel, and that protects your brand as much as it protects them.

Why we pay per consult, not per script

The whole episode of care, not just the consult.

Consults, eScripts, referrals and follow-up, with medication delivery through Script2u, our medication delivery brand. One coordinated pathway from the first conversation to the medicine arriving at the door.

How script delivery works with Script2u

Measured from day one.

We agree the measures with you before launch, then report against them: response times, activity, completion and the clinical outcomes that matter for your program.

The response-time metric we run on

Who it's for

Organisations whose people need care.

If you have members, customers or staff who need clinical care, there's usually a program worth designing for them.

Health funds

Member programs under your brand.

Chronic condition support, medical weight management, menopause and women's health, and a member telehealth line, delivered as your fund's own program. We already run programs for Australian health funds.

Employers and corporates

Workplace health staff actually use.

On-demand telehealth, metabolic and weight programs, and menopause support at work, delivered under your wellbeing brand and reported back to you in aggregate.

Digital health and consumer brands

A clinical team behind your product.

Credentialed, governed clinicians behind your app or service, without the cost and risk of building and accrediting a medical practice yourself.

Ways to work with us

Three ways to put clinicians behind your brand.

Start where it makes sense for you. Programs often begin co-branded and move to full white label as they grow.

  1. 01

    White label

    Your brand, end to end.

Patients come through your channels to a service branded as yours. Our clinicians, platform and governance run it.

  2. 02

    Embedded team

    Our clinicians, inside your service.

Our clinicians work within your platform, workflows and service model, with our governance and accreditation behind them.

  3. 03

    Powered by My Digital Health

    A co-branded front door.

A co-branded entry point into one of our existing clinical brands. The quickest way to launch, and a good way to prove demand first.

What's included

Everything a clinical service needs, already built.

Clinical workforce

GPs, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, dietitians and other allied health professionals, recruited, credentialed and rostered by us. Teams are sized to the program and flex with demand.

Clinical governance

Protocols, peer review, prescribing audit, complaints and incident management, under the same framework and accreditation as our own brands.

Pathway design

Clinical scope, protocols, escalation and referral rules designed with your team and signed off by our Chief Clinical Officer.

Prescribing and pharmacy

Electronic prescriptions, and medication dispensing and delivery through Script2u where the program needs it.

Technology

Booking, secure video and phone consultations and clinical records on our platform under your brand, or working inside yours.

Reporting

Activity, response times and agreed outcome measures, reported in aggregate and de-identified, on a cadence that suits your program.

How it works

From first conversation to running program.

Five stages, each agreed with you before we move to the next.

  1. Step 1

    Discover

Who is the program for, what problem does it solve, and how will it be funded? We map the population, the need and the commercial model with you.

  2. Step 2

    Design

Clinical pathways, scope, escalation rules and the service experience, agreed with your clinical, product and compliance teams.

  3. Step 3

    Build

Brand, booking flow and any integrations, plus credentialing and program-specific training for the clinicians who'll deliver it.

  4. Step 4

    Launch

A controlled start, then scale. Rostering flexes with volume, so capacity tracks demand rather than a fixed headcount.

  5. Step 5

    Report and improve

Regular reporting against the measures we agreed at the start, and program reviews that feed changes back into the pathway.

Safeguards

White label never means anonymous.

Your brand is on the front door. Accountability for the care stays with us, and patients always know who is treating them.

  • Every clinician is AHPRA-registered and named to the patient. Registration is verifiable on the public register.

  • Patients are told who provides their clinical care, even when the service carries your brand.

  • Clinical decisions stay with clinicians. Partners shape the service, not the prescribing.

  • Health information is held in Australia under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Partners receive aggregate, de-identified reporting.

  • Care is delivered by our accredited practice and governed by the same framework as our own brands.

Frequently asked

Questions partners ask us first.

What is Clinicians as a Service?

Clinicians as a Service is My Digital Health's white-label model for clinical care. We supply a complete, governed team of doctors, nurse practitioners, pharmacists and allied health professionals that delivers care under a partner's brand, to the partner's members, customers or staff. We provide the clinicians, clinical governance, prescribing and pharmacy infrastructure, technology and reporting. The partner keeps the brand and the relationship.

How is it different from a telehealth referral partnership?

A referral partnership sends your people to someone else's service. With Clinicians as a Service the service is yours: your brand, a clinical pathway designed for your population, and reporting against measures you agree, with our clinicians and governance behind it.

Who is clinically responsible for the care?

My Digital Health. Our clinicians deliver the care and our Chief Clinical Officer is accountable for clinical safety, exactly as for our own brands. Partners own the brand and the customer relationship, not the clinical decisions.

Do patients know who is treating them?

Yes. White label never means anonymous. Every clinician is named to the patient and their AHPRA registration is publicly verifiable, and patients are told who provides their clinical care.

Which clinicians can you provide?

GPs, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, dietitians and other allied health professionals. Teams are built around the program, from a single discipline to a multidisciplinary team, and rostering flexes with demand.

What nurse practitioners can do by telehealth

How are Clinicians as a Service programs funded?

Most programs are funded by the partner, for example as a health fund member program or an employee benefit. We work through the funding model with your commercial and compliance teams at the design stage, and patients are told about any cost to them before care starts.

How Medicare covers telehealth consults

Where is patient data held, and what do partners see?

Patient health information is held in Australia under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Partners receive aggregate, de-identified reporting on activity, response times and agreed outcomes.

Can it work with our existing app or platform?

Yes. We can run the service on our platform under your brand, or our clinicians can work inside your platform and workflows.
