Careers

Careers at My Digital Health.

My Digital Health hires doctors, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, dietitians and allied health professionals to care for patients across its four brands. Most of the work is telehealth, by phone and video, with some in-person clinic work. Clinicians are paid per consult, not per script.

Tell us about yourself.

Who we hire

Clinicians across four brands.

We check every doctor's, nurse practitioner's and pharmacist's AHPRA registration when they join and every year after. For dietitians, we check Accredited Practising Dietitian status.

Nurse practitioners

Pharmacists

Dietitians and allied health

Accredited Practising Dietitians and other allied health professionals.

How we work

What working with us looks like.

Mostly telehealth.

Most consults are by phone or video, and some roles include in-person clinic work.

Employee or contractor.

Depending on the role, clinicians join us as employees or as contractors.

Paid per consult, not per script.

Clinicians are paid per consult, with minimum consult times. Pay isn't tied to whether you prescribe.

Why we pay per consult, not per script

Free to say no.

Clinicians can, and do, decline to prescribe when it isn't clinically appropriate. Funnel metrics never override clinical judgement.

Governance behind you.

Each brand has a clinical lead responsible for supervision and day-to-day clinical safety. A monthly Clinical Council reviews adverse events, prescribing patterns and complaints, and the group holds QIP Health and NACOS accreditation and LegitScript certification.

How our clinical governance works

How to apply

Three steps.

  1. Send us a message using our contact form, with Careers selected.

  2. Tell us your profession or background. Clinicians, include your registration (or Accredited Practising Dietitian status) and the kind of work you're after: telehealth, in-person or both, and how many hours. For operations roles, tell us about your experience and the kind of role you're after.

  3. Don't include any patient or health information. We'll be in touch if there's a role that suits.
